A New Millennium and The Sound Solution:

C-Max Systems is launched

Just as Hi-Fi and especially Home Cinema have have come on in leaps and bounds over the past couple of years; with the arrival of hard drive based video and audio recording, Plasma displays, Home Theatre PCs and home networking are drawing us ever closer to the computer industry - convergence has been the buzz word of recent times.

The Sound Solution has converged! Actually, we've joined forces with Millennium Computers; computer & networking specialists. Millennium's director, Stuart Jackson brings with him many recent years of IT experience, and before that many years in the interior design industry. Oh yes, and in in his spare time, performs the sound engineering for his wife's professional band: Innuendo!

As part of the expansion, we've relocated down the road a little to Knutsford, where (once the decorating is finished), we'll also be able to offer some in-house demonstration facilities, in addition to our existing home-dem policy.

New Primaire V25 DVD Player

Primaire's new V25 DVD player, now on dem, this stunning DVD player is the first machine to offer progressive scan outputs for both Pal and NTSC.

New Linn Classik DVD

Linn's Classik Movie, on demonstration now; is the companies first video product. Combining a sophisticated Dolby Digital/DTS decoded DVD/CD engine and a 5 channel power amplifier the Classik Movie represents a total entertainment solution from Linn Products.

New Linn Ninka and Katan Loudspeakers

The new Linn Ninka Loudspeakers replace the highly successful Keilidh's, whilst the Katan replace the bookshelf sized Tukans.

New Linn Tuner

The new Linn Pekin Tuner, has just arrived; this new FM/AM tuner takes the knowledge learnt from developing the Kremlin, Kudos and Classik tuners a step further, producing powerful and truly musical performances.

The remote control Pekin marries ease of use, to high performance and sound quality. And is fully compatible with the Knekt multiroom system. The Pekin has replaced the Kudos.

New Linn CD players....

The new Linn Ikemi and Genki CD players have now been launched, and to celebrate we'll be holding some more musical evenings over the coming month. (See newsletter  4 for more details.)

Channel Plus

A new page,  with details of this high quality American video distribution equipment. A system that allows pictures and sound from Laserdisc, DVD, and CCTV to be distributed all round the home, alongside conventional video and satellite. See Video Distribution for more details.

Lutron lighting systems

We are pleased to announce the arrival of Lutron lighting control systems. Lutron have been designing innovative lighting control systems for 35 years, and provide solutions for single  rooms or whole properties for both residential and commercial properties.
